Besides bringing your face mask, and getting vaccinated, protecting your skin wherever you may be exposed to the sun is also essential. Here are tips on how you can better protect your skin from the sun and have better skin health:
1. Regular Use of Sunscreen Whether It’s Sunny or Rainy
Don’t feel complacent when you see that it’s gloomy or rainy outside. Ensure that you apply your sunscreen at least 30 minutes to one hour before you leave the house so that the skin has time to absorb the product. Don’t forget to apply all over, including your face, arms, and legs! Your lips need protection, too, so choose a lip balm with high SPF.
2. Get a Broad Spectrum Sunscreen

Invest in a good pair of shades that can help you see better and a good sun hat that’ll avoid hair damage. For your hair to grow better and for you to prevent premature wrinkles around the eyes, prevention is better than cure, so don’t hesitate to invest in high-quality sun-protection glasses and hats.
5. Always Bring an Umbrella
Don’t stop with just putting sun lotion on! Though uncommon in many places, using an umbrella, not for rain or snow but the sun will help protect not just your skin but your whole body from the damaging sun rays. Your body will indeed thank you for your extra care!
